Welding. Millwright. Heavy Mechanical. Doing it the best is what we do.
Raider Industrial Services provides mobile, on-site support for industrial operations across BC. From shutdowns and installs to bucket repairs and structural fabrication — our crews show up ready to get the job done.

Raider crew on-site — the kind of hands-on work that built this company from the ground up.
Our Story
Raider Industrial started in 2021 with a simple goal: show up, do the work right, and bring people home safe. What began as a small millwright operation out of Maple Ridge has grown into a full-service industrial contractor covering all of BC — unionized and non-unionized alike.
In just a few years we expanded from local shutdown work into long-range deployments across the province. Mining sites, port facilities, sawmills, remote field locations — if the job needs doing, we go there.
We're a family-owned business, and that shows in how we operate. Our crew isn't a revolving door of contractors — it's a team we've built and invested in, people who know the work and care about the outcome.
Based in Maple Ridge, BC — operating province-wide since 2021.

Our Edge
Everything we build, weld, or install is done with one goal: make it last in the field.
Worn shafts, flanges, and bearing housings restored via weld buildup.
Emergency breakdown? Heavy lift? Our crews roll out fast and work until it's fixed.
We're training the next generation of trades — because the work doesn't stop with us.

People First
We don't treat our tradespeople as temporary bodies to fill a job — we invest in them. Raider's crew is made up of people who genuinely take pride in the work, and that mindset carries through to every site we're on.
Teamwork isn't a talking point here. When there's an emergency breakdown at 2am or a tight deadline on a shutdown, it's the people beside you that make it possible. We've built a culture where everyone looks out for each other — on the tools and off.
Supporting apprentices is part of that commitment. The trades need the next generation, and we actively create the space for them to learn alongside experienced journeymen.

The crew that makes it happen — on every job, every time.
